For goods that have been cleared or picked up after April 5, enterprises must complete the relevant declaration and correction within 10 days after the goods are released. Unsettled entries can be applied for post-summary corrections, and items that have been settled but are still in the protest period can also be requested for a refund. It is not clear whether these products will still apply to the 20% tax rate that does not fall under the “peer-to-peer tariff” framework.
