Alex Konanykhin, co-founder of crypto investment firm Unicoin, said he hopes the SEC will end its investigation into its company and join the crypto company that has escaped regulatory litigation, Golden Finance reported. Previously, the SEC filed allegations of fraud and unregistered securities against Unicoin during the Biden administration, forcing it to transfer its business to Europe and stop raising funds in the United States. Konanykhin said the allegation was groundless and stressed that Unicoin has been reporting transaction records and financial data publicly.
