According to Golden Finance, crypto reporter Eleanor Terrett, said: A strange document has just appeared in the US SEC v. Ripple case file - an emergency request "provides decisive evidence that benefits the defendant and the American people."
The letter, named Justin W. Keener, does not specify what the so-called "decisive evidence" is or how it will benefit Ripple, but suggests it has to do with the physical investment contracts he has been collecting.
Further investigation by Keener found that the US SEC recently filed a lawsuit against him on the grounds that he was an unregistered cheap stock dealer, and the court has asked him to pay more than $10 million.
