According to official news, Nasdaq listed mining company Bitfarms announced that it has reached a preliminary agreement on private debt financing of $300 million with Macquarie Group to fund the initial HPC project development in Panther Creek, Pennsylvania. The initial financing amount is US$50 million, and the maximum withdrawal amount after the final document is signed is US$300 million. It is expected that Macquarie Group will fund the initial construction of Panther Creek data center in a non-dilutive manner.
