Golden Finance reports that Binance.US plans to resume U.S. dollar services in early 2025. The platform has been operating with limited bank access since June 2023, when civil claims by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) triggered a moratorium on its U.S. dollar deposits and withdrawals. Interim CEO Norman Reed said in a statement, "While I cannot yet provide an exact launch date, let me be clear: it is not a question of if, but when." Previously, Binance CEO Richard Teng said, "Discussions about Binance re-entering the U.S. market are premature."
