As US regulatory scrutiny becomes tighter, these tech spies have become smuggled into the UK cryptocurrency project. The report notes that while the United States remains the main goal, increasingly stringent employment scrutiny forces North Korean IT personnel to turn to non-U.S. companies to seek jobs. These people build a global operating network by forging their identities, and their penetration covers traditional network development and blockchain applications such as Solana and Anchor smart contracts.
