According to Bitcoin Laws, the South Carolina Bitcoin Reserves Act (H4256 Act) will allow the state Treasury Secretary to invest 10% of state funds in Bitcoin. The maximum limit for Bitcoin reserves is 1 million BTC. The bill was introduced by Rep. Jordan Pace.
