Golden Finance reported that a survey by the American Individual Investors Association showed that bearish sentiment towards U.S. stocks exceeded 50% for the fifth consecutive week. According to the Bespoke Investment Group, this set the second longest consecutive bearish record since the questionnaire began in 1987. Goldman Sachs data earlier this week showed that hedge funds' net selling of individual U.S. stocks reached the highest level in seven weeks, with short selling exceeding long buying. (Jin Shi)
