According to Golden Finance, Bitcoin financial services and infrastructure company NYDIG announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire Crusoe to expand its Bitcoin mining business, and the specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed yet. Crusoe also owns AI data centers, currently has more than 20 mining sites in seven states in the United States, and has a joint venture in Argentina. After the acquisition is completed, NYDIG plans to include it in its existing power and Bitcoin mining department to operate and expand its business.
