Binance BSC Strategy Disassembly

Author: Sleeping wildly in the rain

I have been thinking about a question some time ago: What is the reason why Binance chose to promote the BSC ecosystem at this time node?

The disassembly is nothing more than three points:

1. The weakness of competitors: Solana fell into a state of fatigue under the blood-sucking of several large trucks and huge unlocking;

2. The exchange business has reached the ceiling, and it is necessary to expand new business lines to generate revenue, push the chain to meet the future trend, and follow the trend;

3. Binance is optimistic about the future market.

The only thing that made me uncertain at the time was the third point. But now, the big market has at least stabilized.

When Binance really starts to turn, the BSC's momentum is basically achieved. One of the biggest advantages is: Binance list.

A intuitive expectation of BSC ecological token is to go to Binance, which splits this expectation into four parts: Binance Alpha, community voting, contract, and spot. All I can say is that they have played with it. If you give it little by little, you can create a wealth effect little by little.

You have more cards in your hand and your room for rotation will be greater.

Of course, in addition to listing coins, engaging in community activities and Binance Wallet IDO, I think there is another very important thing, that is, the construction of related infrastructure.

One is the support of those dog-killing tools for BSC. Although these bots are popular, they can help BSC quickly reach the community - after all, the size of users is the cornerstone of profits of these tool products.

The second is MEV, @cz_binance has also complained about it before. MEV will directly affect the user's trading experience. A recent solution is BNB ChainA coalition of goodwill was launched, hoping to unite the nodes and reduce BNB Chain's sandwich attacks, that is, alleviate the MEV problem. 48Club (which is BNB Chain infrastructure brand Puissant) is its founding member. They have reached a partnership with Binance Web3 Wallet and PancakeSwap in the field of transaction privacy protection.

It's a pity that I didn't realize before that 48Club also has a governance token, $KOGE, which has been 3 times in the past few months. It's a pity to miss it. BSC is causing trouble. It is also a ticker worth paying attention to - I bet on $BID and took a roller coaster, which was exciting.

Their solution to MEV is to integrate AI Driven Sandwich Identifier (ADSI), which uses AI technology to identify and intercept sandwich attacks. Binance Chinese and BNB Chain have also interacted with them. This should also be one of the important reasons why $KOGE was selected as Binance Alpha.

As for the empowerment of $KOGE is to mine $KOGE in LP, which is equivalent to a second pool, and to repurchase $KOGE tokens regularly (at least once in the first quarter).

After that being said, essentially the hype on BSC is still the Web2 Attention mentioned by @thecryptoskanda, and everyone is following CZ and Heyi to hype. The current BSC hype stage is very similar to the Solana Toly call the order stage (that wave of Solana mobile app hype), so I prefer to think that the general direction will still be to speculate on tokens with some application attributes.

The hype path for Layer1 is meme —> application (probably DeFi)—> meme —> Application (probably an AI Agent), so. I personally think that the market's attention to its ecology will continue to flow between various sectors. So, I think BSC will undergo a narrative transition from meme —> application in the short term. The beneficiary is most likely to be an AI App.

Whether the Layer1 ecosystem can continue to move forward depends on the needs of the stakeholders behind it.
