Hong Kong Ya Holdings' board of directors has changed drastically, and new CEO John Riggins has more than 10 years of experience in the crypto industry

According to Golden Finance, Hong Kong-listed Hong Kong Holdings (1723.HK), a Hong Kong-listed company, announced the appointment of a series of board and senior executive positions including directors, chairman, CEO, chief financial officer and chief information officer. New CEO John Riggins said the overall changes in the company's directors have ended, and Asia's most important market is about to usher in major events (₿ig things). The announcement shows that the new CEO John Riggins graduated from the University of Alabama in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in international economics and a minor in Chinese. With over 10 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, Riggins is a founding partner of UTXO’s Bitcoin Ecosystem Fund and has also served as the head of international operations for BTC Inc., the publisher of Bitcoin Magazine and sponsor of the annual Bitcoin Conference since February 2016.
In January 2025, UTXO Management cooperated with Sora Ventures and other companies to acquire a majority stake in Hong Kong-based listed company Hong Kong Ya Holdings (70.26%). Hong Kong Ya Holdings purchased a total of 1 Bitcoin in the open market on February 13 to allocate it to the group's internal resources.
