A Delaware court has temporarily approved a temporary restraining order filed by Pennsylvania Bitcoin Mining Company against its custody company that blocked access to its miners due to a payment dispute. The restriction prohibits hosting providers from blocking access and otherwise taking over the miner's 21,000 miners on the property. Vice President Morgan Zurn approved a temporary restraining order proposed by Bitcoin miner Consensus Colocation and system owner Stone Ridge Ventures, which provides custodial and hosting services for Bitcoin miners on March 12. The companies have disagreements over what is said to be unpaid fees, terms of the agreement, and Consensus' relocation plan, which allegedly caused Mawson to block miners from entering the scene. The companies also claim that Mawson has been operating the miners for its own benefit since February 28 after preventing Consensus from entering the premises. However, Mawson claims that under the terms of its agreement with Consensus, they have the right to use the miners and that they have priority refusal for their relocation plans.
