Golden Finance reported that the Arkansas Crypto Mining Association is suing two Arkansas officials for enforcing an unconstitutional discriminatory state rule that prohibits foreign-born U.S. citizens from engaging in crypto mining activities, etc. Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin and Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission Director Lawrence Bengal filed a lawsuit on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Earlier, a federal court ruled in November last year to temporarily ban Arkansas from blocking a naturalized Chinese-American citizen from operating a cryptocurrency mining business. The relevant rules for Arkansas are "Rules K" and "Bill 174", which prohibits foreign-controlled business in the state.
