Golden Finance reported that Singapore’s KAST Finance announced the acquisition of Web3 startup Kaiju Labs. The specific acquisition amount has not yet been disclosed. Kaiju Labs’ early investor nVentures withdrew after the completion of the acquisition. Kaiju Labs is a wallet-as-a-service provider for Web3 games and applications, and KAST aims to give users access to bank-like services via U.S. dollar-denominated stablecoins (Tether’s USDT and Circle’s USDC).
