According to a survey, women are increasingly interested in cryptocurrency investment, and despite lack of industry knowledge, most people still favor long-term strategies and low-risk assets such as Bitcoin. The survey shows that 50% of female cryptocurrency investors prioritize long-term financial growth, with 49% holding digital assets for up to five years and 39% planning to hold them for more than five years. Of the 1,400 investors surveyed, more than 54% invested in Bitcoin, Ether for the first time.
Female investors have grown by an average of 8.1% over the past year, but lack of education remains a major challenge for women to adopt mainstream cryptocurrencies. More than 81% of respondents admitted that they lacked investment experience, with 24% of female investors deeming a lack of investment knowledge as their biggest challenge, while 41% pointed to funding restrictions.
