Zhai Chao, deputy director of the Third Criminal Tribunal of the Supreme Court, attended the meeting and pointed out that the research should focus on highlighting characteristics and the research results should adapt to practical needs. Yang Dong, dean of the School of Law of Renmin University of China, said that the project not only explores the disposal path of virtual currencies involved in the case, but also a breakthrough in establishing and improving the domestic virtual currency regulatory system, and also involves national financial security. Xue Chunjiang, president of the Beijing No. 3 Intermediate People's Court, introduced that the court has heard many cases involving virtual currency in recent years, and actively carried out relevant research while cultivating typical cases and clarifying the rules of judgment. The argumentation also attracted representatives from institutions such as the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Economic Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, China University of Political Science and Law, and the Beijing Property Exchange to participate in the discussion.
