U.S. President Trump said he is launching a plan to provide residence and naturalization for investors who pay $5 million, which provides a new avenue for legal immigrants, while he is launching a full crackdown on undocumented immigrants. Trump said the plan, known as the "gold card", will be launched within two weeks, adding that he does not think his administration needs to be approved by Congress.
