Hackers are actively spreading funds to multiple addresses and using THOR Chain for cross-chain exchange to BTC, DAI and other assets. Bybit hackers still hold 399,000 ETH, exceeding Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin or the Ethereum Foundation.
