According to Golden Finance, Raydium core contributor InfraRAY responded to rumors that Pump.Fun might launch its own AMM, according to CoinDesk. InfraRAY posted on the X platform that it would be a "strategic misjudgment" if Pump.Fun completely abandons Raydium and questioned whether it can replicate its existing success. He pointed out that if Pump.Fun turns to new AMMs, it may face multiple risks such as insufficient infrastructure, sluggish demand for migrating tokens, and insufficient transaction volume in the early stage of launch. Pump.Fun co-founder Alon Cohen declined to comment on whether it will launch its own AMM.
