The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) concluded its investigation into the leading NFT platform OpenSea, which Devin Finzer, co-founder and CEO of OpenSea, posted the new development on Twitter on February 21. He noted that regulators have immediately abandoned their investigation into the non-fungible token (NFT) market.
