Court investigation showed that the defendant Han purchased more than 82.24 million pieces of personal information on QQ for 500 yuan in 2021, including 7.27 million hand-held ID card photos, 30.69 million car owner information and 1.07 million bank user information.
In March 2023, Han sold externally through QQ, WeChat, Telegram and other platforms, and cooperated with courier Wu to obtain express transaction information, traded with USDT at a price of 1.5 yuan per item, and made a profit of 770 yuan through the Ouyi platform exchange. . The court sentenced Han to one year and eight months in prison and a fine of 3,000 yuan for the crime of infringing on citizens' personal information.
