Golden Finance reported that MegaETH developer MegaLabs completed US$10 million in financing through the Echo platform. MegaLabs co-founder Shuyao Kong said the round is structured as equity plus token warrants, the same as MegaLabs’ $20 million seed round in June. Additionally, both rounds of funding were valued at “hundreds of millions of dollars.”
