Golden Finance reported that according to Reuters, BlackRock recommended that investors should not exceed 2% of their total investment if they invest in Bitcoin. In response, BlackRock’s investment research institute issued a report saying that a wider range of institutions may invest in Bitcoin. would dampen some of its volatility, and while that might allow investors to increase the size of their allocations, it might also reduce Bitcoin’s eye-popping returns since its inception. Going forward, if Bitcoin does achieve widespread adoption, investing in it may become less risky, but at that point, Bitcoin may no longer have the structural catalyst for further significant gains.
