Golden Finance reported that Slow Fog Cosine posted on X platform that Mode Network has taken action to freeze most of the assets stolen by the Ionic Money project. Currently, the frozen Mode wallet holds $8.8 million of stolen funds, limiting the loss of funds transferred across chains to off-Mode networks to $3.5 million. Funds that failed to intercept have been transferred through the currency mixing protocol Tornado Cash.
