On February 13, decentralized AI project Bittensor issued an announcement in its Discord community stating that the Dynamic TAO (dTAO) upgrade will be launched from 16 to 17:00 on the 13th of Eastern Time. It is reported that this upgrade is considered to be the most important upgrade of Bittensor since its establishment. The upgrade aims to transform issuance allocation from credible capital allocations of a few large validators to pure market power. Each AI market (now TAO subnet project) will operate with its own tokens and the issuance will flow based on the relative price of the token.
